This is the Sustainment Command for 3rd Armored Corps (III Corps)- 13th Armored Corps Sustainment Command. I received this coin as part of the team investigating the drone attack against our base in Jordan that killed three US Soldiers- SGT William Rivers, SPC Kennedy Sanders, and SPC Breonna Moffett, and wounded many others. Proud to have served on that team- our only goal was to learn from that experience so it would not happen again. The team was led by the 13th Armored Corps Sustainment Commander, then BG Sean Davis, now MG Davis, Commander of the US Army Combined Arms Support Command/ Sustainment Center of Excellence at Fort Lee, Virginia. A VMI man and a great leader. We served together in 1-1 CAV (IRONHORSE).
