Presented to me by Vice Admiral Luke M. McCollum at a private dinner at his quarters in the Washington, DC Navy Yard. Luke is a close friend from our days at the Naval Academy, having first met in Chinese Class. He and his wife Leanna are Godparents to our oldest son, currently serving on active duty in the Navy.
