HHBN, US Army Central and 3rd Army- WARRIORS

This is the battalion commander's coin for Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion, U.S. Army Central and Third Army (ARCENT). Commanded by an Army Lieutenant Colonel, the battalion deployed in the aftermath of the October 7 Hamas attack and established operations in Israel in support of Joint Logistics Over-the-Shore operations that provided humanitarian aid to the people of the Gaza Strip. In the first joint operation of its kind since the Korean War, the battalion organized the establishment and operation of the command post from which the ARCENT Commander commanded and controlled this complex operation under combat conditions.
