I received this coin form the Squadron Commander of 1-91 CAV when I was the commander of 2d MI BN in Wiesbaden, Germany. 1-91 CAV is a subordinate squadron under the 173rd Airborne Brigade, Europe's conventional airborne strategic response force. I remember we conducted HUMINT training with the 1-91 CAV, and this was a show of "thanks" for the good training and partnership.
