Recorded Account

This is the Commander's coin for 1st BCT, 1st CAV Division, know as "IRONHORSE." Received this coin when I served as the 1st BCT Military Intelligence Company Commander in the 1st Special Troops Battalion (1st STB) in the IRONHORSE Brigade, 2009-2010 (OIF 09-10). I remember I participated in a Leader Professional Development session for the BDE leadership on lessons learned form the deployment. COL Tobin Green, the Brigade Commander for the 1st BCT, presented me the coin.
